Health is precious. Health is wealth. When our body is healthy and in good shape, we feel good emotionally and our thoughts are clear and positive. The reverse is true, too: when we feel life is mentally or emotionally challenging, our physical body's strength and vitality diminish over the months. An overactive mind easily leads to poor sleep and poor eating habits, both of which weaken the body tremendously.
Over a period of time, we may forget the value of watching sunsets or walking on the beach. We may forget what it is like to take time to eat or to be quiet and peaceful. Still others forget how to have fun without alcohol or drugs.
At Prana, it is our purpose and our passion to help people find greater balance and harmony in their lives by connecting with their body and mind again and going deeper within themselves to find inner peace and contentment.
